Verra VM0051 AWD Carbon Project

Implementing Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) interventions under the Verra VM0051 methodology across rice-growing regions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Our carbon project applies the Verra VM0051 methodology to reduce methane emissions from rice cultivation through Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD) water management practices. By implementing controlled irrigation cycles, we help farmers reduce greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining or improving crop yields.

Through digital MRV (Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) systems and comprehensive farmer support, we generate verified carbon credits while creating additional income streams for smallholder farmers and promoting sustainable water management across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
